We provide a calm, well-maintained environment designed for therapy work.
Our Herne Hill therapy rooms suit one-to-one sessions, couples’ work, and physical therapy. Just one minute from Herne Hill station and beside Brockwell Park, the three purpose-built rooms are available by the hour - ideal for regular weekly bookings or ad-hoc appointments.
We currently have availability Mondays 1-3, Tuesdays 3-5 & 7-late, Fridays 4-late, Saturdays and Sundays.

Pricing (from 1 November 2025):
Weekly hire: £12/hour Monday to Friday | £10/hour Saturdays | £7.50/hour Sundays
Ad hoc hire: £14/hour Monday to Friday | £12/hour Saturdays | £7.50/hour Sundays
Rental payments cover room hire, wifi and a listing on the Our Therapists page.
Terms for weekly repeating slots:
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for that month’s rent.
Rent is calculated pro rata. For example: a one-hour weekly slot at £12 = £12 × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months = £52 per month.
Payment is due within 14 days by bank transfer.
Bookings run on an open-ended, rolling contract.
You may end your booking with one month’s notice.
Rates cover use of the room for your agreed time slot 52 weeks per year.
No refunds are given for unused bookings or when your slot falls on a public holiday.
Subletting is not permitted.
Proof of insurance and professional qualifications must be provided.
There is no reception service; therapists are responsible for welcoming and seeing out their own clients.
Rental prices are reviewed annually in November.
Terms for ad-hoc bookings:
Ad-hoc bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance.
Payment is required at the time of booking by credit card using our booking system.
Ad-hoc bookings are non-refundable.
